Every step still has a bed in it — not a carton standing in for one. That is how warranties stay valid and how you know what arrived.
Warehouse
Mattresses stand on pallets. Frames sit assembled so slat spacing can be checked before anything is wrapped.
Quality check
We measure slat gaps on every platform we sell. Three inches or less, or it does not ship.
Pack
Foam and hybrids get compressed. The mattress is still the product — you can see the quilt and gusset before it goes in the carton.
Load
Uncompressed Saatva-style beds and oak frames ride the van as furniture, not as mystery boxes.
Carry in
Two people. The mattress comes through the door as a mattress. The empty frame is already waiting, or we bring it.
