How to order Shop beds that ship free

Step 1
Warehouse
Mattresses stand on pallets. Frames sit assembled so slat spacing can be checked before anything is wrapped.
Step 2
Quality check
We measure slat gaps on every platform we sell. Three inches or less, or it does not ship.
Step 3
Pack
Foam and hybrids get compressed. The mattress is still the product — you can see the quilt and gusset before it goes in the carton.
Step 4
Load
Uncompressed Saatva-style beds and oak frames ride the van as furniture, not as mystery boxes.
Step 5
Carry in
Two people. The mattress comes through the door as a mattress. The empty frame is already waiting, or we bring it.
Step 6
Set the bed
White-glove means we set the mattress on your platform, not on the floor. You watch. The dog watches.

Most of the catalog — including Nectar, Casper, Purple, Tempur-Pedic, Helix, Bear, Avocado, and Haven bed frames. Free shipping. Two people for Queen and larger hybrids and for oak/canopy frames. Allow 24–72 hours for a boxed mattress to fully expand on the slats.

White glove

All Saatva models plus Birch Natural. The mattress is not rolled. A crew brings it inside, places it on your base, and can remove the old bed. Stearns & Foster Estate uses scheduled in-home delivery. Saatva Adjustable Bases can share that appointment. Measure stair turns before you order a King.
