Mattress returns follow the brand trial. Frame returns follow a 30-day unused window. Warranties are separate. The flyers are the policy in plain language — then the buttons to actually start one.

Mattress trial
- Sleep 30 nights before you decide — your body adapts.
- Trial length is 100–365 nights by brand (see the table).
- Keep the law tag attached. Stains usually void the trial.
- We coordinate pickup. Do not ship a Queen yourself.
Bed frames
- 30 days from delivery if unused, complete, in original cartons.
- Assembled and slept-on frames are not refundable.
- White Oak, steel, and canopy pieces must all be present.
- Measure the room and stair turn before you order King or canopy.
